•Provide development, test, and live instances of Moodle
•Monitor and maintain our database, servers, and back-ups.
•Upgrade our systems and additional plug-ins
•Configure, maintain, and develop Moodle integration end points
•Troubleshoot problems and faults.
•Apply security patches to ensure that our VLE is not vulnerable to cyber-attacks.
•Act as a ‘trusted partner’ to proactively alert us to new technical developments, features and functionality, provide guidance on best practice, develop customisations, and share information on relevant trends in the sector to guide future VLE and Digital Learning strategy
2.Documentation/guidance for the Digital Learning Team on escalating problems and faults that they are unable to resolve to the third party.
3.Processes for notification, testing, scheduling and approval of upgrades and configuration changes
