A BEMs officer manages the Trend BEMS controls system, with a second officer tasked with maintaining the extensive metering system utilising Niagara AX/N4 and Niagara 4 with Jace data collection devices in the field.

The University of Leeds requires a partner to provide BEMS and metering support to the Academic Estate.

Academic Site – All Trend BEMs systems located within the Academic portfolio are covered by this contract with the exception of the University owned properties located at St James Hospital.

Residential Properties – are not included within this contract as they are currently covered by a full FM contract provider.
