II.2.4) Description of procurement: The University of Leeds is seeking to procure an information governance training system to replace its current IT security training provision for staff. The system will manage and deliver mandatory web-based training for approximately 12,000 staff and 3,000 research postgraduate students, and will provide management information and reporting to monitor engagement and effectiveness. API’s will enable integration with other University systems, including SAP. Integration with Active Directory is essential. The system will provide an engaging and interactive user experience by incorporating quizzes, videos and tests, whilst also being accessible to all users in line with the latest web accessibility regulations for public sector organisations. Course content must keep pace with UK / EU data protection regulation, and a proportion of the content must be customisable by the University of Leeds.
