Excursions, including tour guide services, entry tickets and transportation
Visa Services – Full in-country service provision (in China). Include: document preparation, verification, and translation, Visa application service. Also taking summer school group students to visa centres for biometrics collection.
Recruitment support (The successful tender will guarantee minimum student number of this programme at 100 students, minimum student fees are charged by the university of Derby at or below 100 students).
Management and Pastoral care including on-demand communication in Chinese with students and parents throughout the programme, as well as written update to parents at the end of the programme. Also including on-demand communication in Chinese with students and parents throughout the programme and 24/7 emergency contact for students and parents throughout the programme.
One group leader per 15 students must be supplied.
