Short Description: The University of Leeds desires to procure two packages of works under the title of Bragg Associated Projects which will run concurrently on a live University campus subject to tight site constraints. Each package of works are vital to the migration activities associated with the £96m state of the art Sir William Henry Bragg Building which require delivery by Christmas 2022. The first package of works includes for the creation of a bespoke Helium Recovery Suite and Cryogenics Laboratory which will recover Helium from adjoining properties whilst ensuring research activities remain operational throughout the Electronic and Electrical Engineering, Chemistry and Sir William Henry Bragg Buildings. The second package of works allows for the refurbishment and integration of the Mechanical Engineering and School of Physics existing workshop into one centralised location within the Mechanical Engineering Building
