The University requires that the SIP Network Services be engineered and architected in a manner to facilitate the University’s requirements, and enables the migration of telephone services from the legacy telephone systems to the new telephone solution over a period of time. Accordingly, the Bidder shall be responsible for the supply, installation and configuration of SIP Network Services to address the requirements. To facilitate business continuity it is expected that the infrastructure is distributed within two data centres (Middlesbrough Tower and Parkside West). The Bidder shall base support pricing upon a three year contract period with two optional one year extensions (i.e. 3 + 1 + 1) and then indefinitely on a 12 month basis. |
