This includes reducing the need for manual processes, reduced staff administration time, increased revenue from Parking Charge Notices and improved debt recovery rates and a better experience for system users. For example, it currently takes three days for iView to process the information it receives from a variety of sources and issue Parking Charge Notices and there is a desire to make this process near to instant. |
