          This is a Direct award via the SUPC Travel Management Services Framework PFB4053 and is fully in line with the Framework Terms and Conditions and access arrangements as published. The University is a member Institution of the North Eastern Universities Purchasing Consortium (NEUPC) and as such is listed as able to utilise the Framework Agreement, in line with collaborative Procurement principles.
