   3. Explanation
          This is a Direct award via the NEUPC Lift Installation, Maintenance and Consultancy Framework EFM2035 NE and is fully in line with the Framework Terms and Conditions and access arrangements as published. The University is a member Institution of the North Eastern Universities Purchasing Consortium (NEUPC) and as such is listed as able to utilise the Framework Agreement, in line with collaborative Procurement.
