The professional services are required inrelation to the University's capital investment programme for works on projects with a value of over 2 000 000GBP.

Lead Project Managers should individually be a fully qualified member of the APM or the RICS, or acceptable equivalent. Assistant PMs should be members of the professional body.

Lot 5 QS:
Each company should hold (RICS or equivalent) status as companies.
