UoB are currently considering letting these requirements in separate contracts and procurement exercises via: Contract 1 – Electrical Contract 2 – Mechanical Contract 3 – Building Fabric Total Value (estimated) Contract 1 – Electrical – Estimated annual cost £ 1,527,100.00 – Estimated cost over 5 years £ 8,500,800.64 Contract 2 – Mechanical – Estimated annual cost £ 2,152,900.00 – Estimated cost over 5 years £ 11,984,397.68. Contract 3 – Building Fabric – Estimated annual cost £ 1,301,388.00 – Estimated cost over 5 years £ 7,244,345.45 Contract Dates (estimated) 1st August 2026 to 31st July 2031, based on a 3+1+1 contract structure with extensions to the initial 3 year period awarded subject to Supplier Performance. |
