          This is a Framework direct award via the North West University Purchasing Consortium (NWUPC) AVI3199 NW Framework for Photographic Equipment and Consumables, in line with the Framework terms and conditions and access arrangements as published. The University is a member Institution of the North Eastern Universities Purchasing Consortium (NEUPC) and as such is listed as able to use the Framework, in line with collaborative Procurement principles.
