4. Description: Customer Relation Management software development services. The University requires the delivery of additional functionality on our existing Dynamics CRM platform. Existing user stories need to be delivered as well as analysis to discover new user stories and use cases. Our aim is to produce a minimum viable product (MPV) to support business processes. It should be noted that this work has already been started on delivery of several requirements, work is also required for completion of those already started.
