4. Description: Construction work for communication lines. Leeds Beckett University are seeking tenders for the provision of Duct Installation Works at Headingley Campus. The project is expected to begin on-site in February 2020 and the works will include –

•Installation of new service ducts including all civils works, excavation, access chambers, bedding and laying ducts, backfilling and making good ground levels and paving
•Isolated duct repairs on existing duct runs, checking and proving the same duct runs
•Forming new, and re utilising existing building entry points and all associated making good
•Contractor obligations acting as Principal Contractor under the 2015 CDM Regulations

Open days for site attendance during the Tender period are set as follows:
26th November between 10am – 3.00pm. Prior appointment only
05th December between 10am – 3.00pm. Prior appointment only

Completed tenders must be returned no later than 12:00 Noon on Thursday 12th December 2019.
