This agreement will be open to universities and their partners regardless of whether or not they are to be defined as contracting authorities for the purpose of the PCR 2015. Call offs from this framework may be subject, but not limited, to ERDF, ESIF and research council grants.

Please note that this PIN is issued to raise awareness of a non-mandatory framework for the HE sector. No spend will be guaranteed to awarded suppliers. This PIN is not issued as a call for competition. The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are defined as small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
