4. Description: Machinery for textile, apparel and leather production. The University of Leeds is seeking tenders for a Laboratory Opening Machine and a Laboratory Carding Machine, Cross-lapper and Needle-punching system with control/operating system.

A drylaid web formation and needlepunching system is required suitable for research and development purposes, consisting of a standalone fibre opener, and fully integrated hopper feed, worker-stripper card, crosslapper, needleloom and winder unit. The units should be fully guarded for safety purposes.
