4. Description: Repair and maintenance services. The purpose is to provide a brief and documentation for tenderers to enable Teesside University to select a framework of Contractors for the Measured Term Contract at the Middlesbrough campus, Darlington campus and Saltersgill Pavilion.
The will cover the following lots:

LOT 2 – Paving & Groundworks
LOT 3 – Suspended Ceilings & Partitions
LOT 4 – Roofing Repairs
LOT 5 – Flooring
LOT 6 – Glazing & Blinds
LOT 7 – Fire Alarm
LOT 8 – Electrical Installation Work
LOT 9 – Intruder Alarm
LOT 10 – CCTV
LOT 11 – Piped Mechanical Services
The Term of the Contract will be over a period of six years. Initially 3 years with option to extend for 3 x 12 month periods.
