3. Explanation
The Open Procedure conducted under reference 20017/S 144-296713 was not awarded as no compliant bids were received.
At the time of re-tendering, the funding conditions had changed, due to the changes in the EU tendering thresholds so the requirement was re-advertised in Contracts Finder and on the University's tender portal.
The items purchased will form a unique and bespoke technical solution to be used only for scientific research.
